At “PERIS,” we process your personal data to manage the products and services you request and have contracted with us, as well as to manage the sending of the information you request and to provide you with offers of products and services that may be of interest to you.

Why do we use your personal data?
Because the legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the mandate entrusted to us as an insurance broker to advise, propose, or carry out preliminary work for the conclusion of insurance contracts, the conclusion of these contracts, or assistance in the management and execution of these contracts, particularly in the event of a claim, for which it is possible that this data contains information about health, we ask for your consent to process it.
These requested personal data must be provided obligatorily as they are necessary for the maintenance and fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
Because we must carry out certain processing based on the fulfilment of legal obligations contained in current regulations on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, the Protection of the Customer of Insurance Mediation Services, as well as in current regulations on Personal Data Protection, among others.
For the transfer of data to Insurance Entities and/or other Brokers, whether within the Broker Group or not, for the issuance of the relevant insurance contracts and the correct provision of the services derived from them, based on consent. The requested personal data must be provided obligatorily so that you can access the referred services, as they are necessary for their maintenance and fulfilment.
For the offer of products and services, as well as any commercial action, which are based on the consent requested, without the withdrawal of this consent affecting the execution of the contract.
How long will PERIS keep your data?
Personal data will be retained for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship is maintained. Once the contractual relationship with “PERIS” has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the legal prescription periods. After these periods, your data will be deleted.
Who will we share your data with?
The data may be shared with Insurance Companies, other Brokers, and other companies within the PERIS Group for the issuance of the relevant insurance contracts and the proper provision of services derived from them.
